Kurt Schuster guides clients throughout the country on financial issues including retirement planning, portfolio management and tax planning. He has worked within the finance industry for nearly 20 years. Kurt graduated from Northwood University with a dual degree in Finance and Accounting before obtaining his CHFC (Chartered Financial Consultant) and CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™) designations. To enhance his tax planning specialty, Kurt earned his EA (Enrolled Agent with the IRS). He is also a LPL-registered securities principal and holds his Property & Casualty, and Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses.
Kurt specializes in helping individuals between the ages of 35 to 75 with an identifiable retirement goal. He has extensive experience working with clients with complicated financial situations, including wealth transfer, pending retirement and dual income households.
Todd Schuster advises clients on financial issues including retirement distribution planning, and risk management thru portfolio diversification and protection planning.
After spending several years in the corporate finance area – specifically the acquiring end of business credit card services - Todd followed his desire to help individuals pursue their financial goals and has since accumulated nearly 9 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry. He is a registered LPL representative and holds his Property & Casualty, and Life, Accident & Health insurance licenses.
Todd specializes in helping individuals transition from the accumulation phase of retirement planning to the distribution phase with a focus on securing income and preserving assets throughout retirement. He has extensive experience assessing extended care needs as well as developing wealth transfer strategies.
LPL Financial Advisor
Rob Hein found a passion for financial planning after interning at the firm during his final two years at Northwood University. After graduating with a degree in Finance, Rob joined QOLity Financial in June 2016.
Rob is QOLity’s education planning specialist and works with local financial institutions in servicing their clients with investment and planning advice. He is currently expanding his knowledge of taxation through accounting courses in hopes of acquiring his CPA. Rob is also planning to pursue his CHFC within the next year.

QOLity Financial gained a valuable asset in October 2012 when Mary Rilley joined the team. Mary provides administrative support to all members of QOLity Financial, helping to ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and acting as a liaison with LPL Financial and product companies.
Mary is holds the series 7 and 63 registrations with LPL Financial and holds her Life, Health and Variable Contracts insurance licenses.
Concentrating on business operations, Angie Schuster collaborates with all staff to ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. She acts as QOLity Financial's liaison between vendors, suppliers and LPL Financial on matters outside of financial planning so our professionals can concentrate their full attention on what matters most, the client.
